At JTM Mega Tech Containers, we’re committed to delivering premium-quality shipping containers that meet your specific needs. However, we understand that there may be situations where a return or refund is necessary. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning a container and requesting a refund.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any new and unused container within 30 days of receiving it. The return window starts on the day the container is delivered to your designated location.
Eligible Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following situations:
- Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
If you cancel your order before the container has left our yard, you will receive a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible to process the cancellation. - Damaged on Arrival
If your container is visibly damaged upon delivery, notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange an inspection and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. - Change of Mind (Within Return Window)
If you change your mind after receiving your container, you may return it within 30 days as long as it remains unused and in original condition. A full refund will be issued via your original payment method. - Faulty Manufacturing or Defect
If you discover a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, contact us immediately. We will either repair, replace, or partially refund the container in accordance with our warranty terms (see the Warranty page for more details). - Exchange Requests
Need a different size or type? We may be able to offer an exchange, subject to product availability and applicable fees. Contact us to discuss the options. - Incorrect Product Received
If you receive a container that differs from your order, let us know right away. We will replace it with the correct container and retrieve the incorrect one at no extra cost.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at 📧 sales@jtmmegatech.com.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
Note:
- Containers must be returned in original condition with all components and documentation.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Late Returns
If you’re unable to return the container within the 30-day window due to unforeseen circumstances, contact us immediately. We may grant a 5-day grace period at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Product Not Delivered
If your container is not delivered and cannot be traced, a full refund will be issued, including any delivery fees. - Damaged on Arrival
A full refund or replacement will be issued following inspection, as long as the damage is reported within 24 hours. - Faulty Manufacturing
If covered by warranty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund, depending on the defect’s nature. - Change of Mind (Within Return Window)
Provided the container is returned unused and in original condition, a full refund will be issued. - Wrong Product Received
If we ship the wrong product, we will provide the correct item and pick up the incorrect one. A full refund may also be provided if preferred.
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Include your order number and reason for the refund.
Important Notes:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- It may take 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
